For example: if you refer 100 visitors and each of them vote for any of the listed coins, you will earn minimum 0.10 USD. If half of them come back to the website and vote again next day, you will get additional 0.05 USD (minimum, the rate per visitors varies). If the visitors keep returning next days, you will receive additional income.
